How to Commission
• COMMISSION A PERSONALISED PIECE TO CELEBRATE A MARRIAGE, BIRTHDAY, RETIREMENT OR JUST A LIFE...• Send as many images and documents as you like – photos, magazine/newspaper cuttings, marriage certificates, children’s drawings, driving licences, etc etc. You can either email them to me or send them in the mail by secure post. Although it is unlikely that all the images provided will be used, the more you send, the more I’ll have to choose from. All originals will be returned once the commission is completed.
• I will start off by manipulating the images on the computer and playing around with scale, text and composition. Any information you can provide about the subject will help me to put the piece together – significant dates, favourite places, typical turns of phrase and so on.
• Once you have approved the layout, you can then decide whether you want your image printed on paper, canvas or as an acrylic sandwich. You can even go one step further and provide me with 3d objects and ephemera that can be glued or stitched onto the finished piece (only possible on paper and fabric/canvas pieces)
• DELIVERY Once you have approved the image and all items have been delivered to me, please allow 2-3 weeks for completion.
